Payments are completed via PayPal using either an account at PayPal or a credit or debit card (via PayPal). If you do not have a PayPal account please select the option ‘continue to pay with your credit card or debit card and do not use my PayPal account’ at the PayPal checkout.
We require that ONLY the authorized user of the PayPal account or credit or debit card make the purchase. Customers must provide their real name, phone number, email address and other requested information so that we can contact you if needed.
Once an order is submitted, we are unable to cancel the order. If you make an error in your selection or in the details you have provided, please contact us immediately on info@Ilovethatnecklace.com.au
We do our best to ensure stock levels are accurate. In the event that an item is currently unavailable, we will notify you of the time the stock will take to become available. If this time frame is unsuitable, we will offer a refund.
We ship to both Australian and International destinations.
Orders to Australian destinations will be sent by standard shipping via Australia Post at a flat rate of $9.00 (AUD). Once the order has been sent, an email confirming the parcel tracking ID will be sent to you. Your parcel can be tracked online at www.auspost.com.au/track
If you need your order very quickly, express shipping via Australia Post can be arranged at a flat rate of $15.00 (AUD). An email providing the parcel tracking details will be provided.
Shipping for international orders will be by Australia Post International Air Mail (‘Pack and Track International’ service). Orders to New Zealand will be shipped at the cost of $18.00 (AUD). Other international orders will be shipped at a rate of $26.00 (AUD). Tracking details will also be provided via email.
Please note that for international orders, your parcel may be subject to country-specific import duties, taxes and custom checks. It is the customer’s responsibility for payment of any such related charges.
Once your order has been sent, all liability for safe delivery is with Australia Post. ‘I love that necklace!’ is not liable for goods that are damaged or lost during shipping.
Please make your selection carefully as we do not return items for change of mind or incorrect choice.
Every effort is made to accurately describe and display the colours in our jewellery. Therefore refunds will not be given for colour, size or pattern variations. Please be aware that some colours may vary slightly from how they appear on a computer monitor.
Before shipping, your items are carefully inspected to ensure they are in good order. They are also packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during shipping.
In the unlikely event, that a product is faulty, please contact email@example.com It will be at the discretion of ‘I love that necklace!’ as to whether the item will be repaired, replaced, refunded or otherwise.
Our jewellery is handmade and delicate and must be looked after according to the Care Card provided at purchase. We cannot accept responsibility for breakages that are the result of dropping or poor handling and care. The measurements of the necklaces are taken from top to bottom. To see where a necklace will sit on you, use a tape measure to measure from the back of the neck down onto your chest.

Caring For Your Jewellery
You will be provided with a Care Card when you purchase your jewellery and this outlines how your products should be stored and cared for.
To prevent tarnishing or discolouration, all jewellery and accessories should avoid contact with perfumes, body lotions, fake tan, hair products, nail polish and removers.
Our jewellery and accessories should never be worn in the bath, shower, pool, spa, sauna or ocean.
Our jewellery and accessories can be cleaned using a soft cotton cloth. Never use any cleaning products on your jewellery or accessories.
Our jewellery should always be stored carefully in the jewellery bag or box provided. Statement necklaces should be stored lying flat.
All jewellery and accessories should be stored in a cool, dry space, avoiding contact with direct sunlight.
